Yes — a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £50 is required for all treatments to secure your appointment.
If the full cost of your treatment is paid upfront, it is still non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or treatment. By booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Yes — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 7 days’ notice to retain your deposit. If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment cost, as per the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions.
All changes must be communicated as soon as possible to avoid charges.
Yes! You can spread the cost of your treatment using Klarna or Clearpay. When booking online, simply select the treatment you'd like, follow the on-screen instructions, and choose “Pay in Full”. You’ll then have the option to pay in instalments using Klarna or Clearpay (subject to approval via the provider).

Yes, patch tests are required for most treatments and must be carried out within the timeframes below:
Laser Tattoo Removal: Mandatory at least 7 days before your first treatment. A new patch test is also required if it’s been more than 6 months since your last session.
SPMU (Brows & Lips): Patch tests are sent by post. If you have not received yours within 5 days of booking, it is your responsibility to contact Rachel via Instagram @byracheljade or text 07581402956.
Lash Extensions: Not mandatory but recommended for first-timers or clients with sensitivities. Book at least 48 hours before treatment if desired.
LVL & Brow Tinting: Patch test required at least 48 hours before.
Tiny Tattoos: A patch test is recommended 24 hours before treatment and will be posted to your address.
Failure to complete patch testing in time may result in your treatment being refused and your deposit being forfeited.
Please aim to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost as per the Terms and Conditions.
No, sorry — due to hygiene, insurance, and focus, no friends, family, children, or pets (except guide dogs) are permitted at your appointment.
Yes — for your safety, you must not undergo any aesthetic treatments if:
You have an active infection
You’ve taken antibiotics within the last 4 weeks
Failure to disclose this may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
