1. General Information
By placing an order or booking a treatment on this website, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. Please read carefully before purchasing or scheduling.
2. Jewellery Orders & Pre-Orders

All jewellery is made to order.

Please allow up to 7 working days for processing and dispatch.

You will be notified once your order has shipped or is ready for Click & Collect.
3. Policies & Client Information
Age Requirement

All clients must be 18+.

Valid photo ID is required at the appointment.
Deposits & Payments
-
A £50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all treatments.
-
If full payment is made, it is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
Patch Test Policy
-
Laser Tattoo Removal: Patch test required at least 7 days prior. Repeat after 6 months.
-
SPMU: Patch test posted to client. If not received in 5 days, contact Rachel via Instagram @byracheljade or 07581 402956.
-
Lash Extensions: Patch test recommended 48+ hrs before.
-
LVL & Brow Tint: Patch test required 48+ hrs before.
-
Tiny Tattoos: Patch test recommended 24 hrs before, sent to your address.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Rescheduling with < 1 week notice = deposit forfeited.
-
Cancelling with < 72 hrs or no-show = full treatment fee charged.
Card Capture & Authorisation
-
Card details securely stored.
-
By booking, you authorise charges for cancellations, lateness, or no-shows.
Late Arrivals
-
Arriving > 15 minutes late = appointment cancelled and full fee charged.
Health Restrictions
-
Treatments cannot proceed if:

You have an active infection
-
You’ve taken antibiotics in the past 4 weeks

Failure to disclose results in deposit loss.
Unexpected Circumstances

We’ll try to accommodate changes, but policies still apply.
No Additional Guests

No friends, family, or pets allowed (guide dogs welcome).
Agreement
By booking, you agree to these terms.
4. Product Terms
Product Descriptions

Specs and descriptions are approximate.

We may update, correct, or withdraw items without notice.
Ordering

Orders are placed via online form.

Contract begins upon dispatch confirmation email.

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
Pricing & Payment

Prices include VAT if applicable; exclude delivery.

Payment via debit/credit card or PayPal.

If pricing errors occur, we may cancel and refund.
Delivery

Delivered to the address provided.

Not liable for delays due to incorrect info.

Faults must be reported within 14 days.

Notify of delivery issues within 7 days.
Cancelling Orders

Cancel within 14 days of delivery if unused.

Return postage at client’s cost.

Used/opened items can’t be returned.

You confirm certification to use pro items.

We’re not liable for misuse.
Training Materials (Ebooks)

You confirm you’re a trained professional.

No liability accepted for untrained use.
Training Terms

Booking fees are non-refundable.

<14 days cancellation = no refund unless spot is filled.

Late = join when you arrive. No-shows = no refund.

We’ll reschedule if space allows.

If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund only.
